The Apprenticeship is offered at a Level 2 Diploma and combines on and off-the-job training, allowing you to work and at the same time learn new skills that will lead to nationally recognised qualifications.

This training is appropriate for employees in catering who prepare and serve food, especially those involved in the selection of menus, recipes and ingredients.

This one day training covers the principles of food safety and handling and is an accredited award suitable for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.

Training is available at various levels in Chinese, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese Russian, Spanish.

Short introduction to the issue of deaf awareness. The course will give members of staff an insight into the needs of people who have a hearing loss and will help members of staff communicate successfully better with members of the public.

Training will give members of staff basic signing skills that will enable them to communicate successfully with deaf members of the public and is aimed mainly at frontline staff dealing with deaf members of the public on a regular basis.

This course is suitable for anyone requiring knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and legislation in the workplace. It is designed to ensure that all employees are aware of their own safety and the safety of customers, contractors and the public.

This half day course refreshes the principles of food safety and handling and is a renewal award suitable for anyone who holds or has held the Food Safety in Catering Level 2 Award CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health).
