Norfolk Unites

We aim to identify and facilitate ways in which the Norfolk Voluntary and Community Sector can work together with other organisations, other counties and all sectors more effectively to better support its service users, volunteers and staff.

Norfolk Unites is about joining the dots, enabling members to be 'on the radar' and 'in the know' and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency with which we are all working.  We do this using the Norfolk Unites Directory and Funding page.

In all the work of Norfolk Unites, the beneficiary is at the core, seeing what we can do to more effectively support our service users' progression (see final thoughts... for more).

As a member of Learn East (the network of 6 county based partnerships and consortia like Norfolk Unites, along with COVER as the 7th member) we can ensure that any relevant piece of news or funding reaches you, such as applications being led by specific organisations who are looking for partners on large, regional contracts.  This means that if one Learn East member finds something out at a regional event etc. this is passed onto other Learn East members and we can each quickly and efficiently cacsade that back down to the grassroots level in each East of England county.
