Funding for Leadership and Management Training

• Are you a company's director/senior manager or do you lead a charity, voluntary or not for profit organisation?
• Is your organisation based in the East of England?
• Do you employ between 5 - 249 staff or volunteers?

If the answer to these questions is yes and you have not had any previous training funded by this scheme since October 2007, then your organisation could qualify for up to £1000 worth of Leadership and Management Training.

The funding can be put towards the costs of a range of personal development options including accredited training (an MBA or Diploma, for example) or non-accredited development (e.g. workshops/seminars, coaching/mentoring or continuous personal development)
