Sports Psychology Communication

This workshop is aimed at coaches who wish to learn more about the impact their communication methods/styles have on their intended recipient(s). Building from the preceding workshops, this session will enable coaches to reflect on current practise, and arm coaches with techniques and methods with which they can maximise the positive impact of their time with their athlete(s).
