Modular Approach …
Our modular approach to Leadership training allows you to benefit from a wide range of subjects in a compact training course. Our BITE SIZE course is your chance to get a covering of different subjects, and hopefully give you enough of an introduction to develop your learning further.
Each training module will be adapted to the subject being covered and you can expect each of the sessions to be interactive.

Training Groups ...
As this class is being run as an open forum, the training group is likely to come from a diverse background of skills, experience, knowledge and industry. This will help make the training even more beneficial as it is a chance to meet managers from other businesses, to network, and to appreciate that those same challenges you face every day are being faced by somebody somewhere else.
Up to 9 participants will be accommodated on any one course, which gives a good balance between individual work and small group exercises.
Training Materials …
All your training materials will be provided for you either at the start of the training, or as and when required through the course.
A file will be provided for you to keep any training notes. Copies of any slides will be provided at the beginning of each session and there will be a space on these handouts to make any notes.
For those modules making use of IT, PC Equipment will be provided for each participant, giving you the chance to learn at your own pace.
You will also be encouraged to read Management Text through the training which will be provided for you.
