ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers
This qualification aims to equip practising and potential team leaders and first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role.
None although it would normally be expected you are in a team leader or first line management position
You will complete the following Units:
Understanding good practice in workplace coaching
Organising workplace coaching
Undertaking supervised coaching in the workplace
Within 4 weeks of completing the programme you will need to submit a work based assessment and coaching diary
Open programmes, one day a week for 4 weeks.
In house programmes as arranged
Candidates who have completed the ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers may progress to the ILM Level 3 Certificate for Professional Workplace Coaches or to the ILM Level 5 qualifications in coaching and mentoring
