Summary:
Short introduction to the issue of deaf awareness. The course will give members of staff an insight into the needs of people who have a hearing loss and will help members of staff communicate successfully better with members of the public.

Half day workshop – length 2 hour 30 minutes

Training is aimed mainly at frontline staff dealing with members of the public on a regular basis.
