Communication skills for established GPs
Consulting with patients is the main activity for general practitioners. Although GPs are highly skilled, communication can often let us down and it is the main cause of complaint from patients. This skills day course will focus on difficult areas that arise with communication and hopefully reduce the risk of misunderstanding with our patients.
