CMI Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management
The qualification to build on and broaden the skills and knowledge required to be a successful first line manager and team leader.

A flexible, part time qualification which provides you will a broad knowledge of being a supervisor, team leader or manager. A practical approach that links your learning back to the workplace.
You will need to choose from the following Units to gain a minimum of 13 credits:
Personal Development as a first line manager (6 credits)
Managing and communicating information (6 credits)
Developing individuals and teams (6 credits)
Recruitment and Selection (6 credits)
Improving team performance (7 credits)
Management communciation (6 credtis)
Being a leader (6 credits)
Introduction to First Line Management (6 credits)
For in house programmes, we will be able to offer the Units that satisfy your specific needs for the training and development of your first line managers.

The price includes registering as a CMI member, all workshops and support materials and tutor support for the assessments.
Within 4 weeks of the end of each Unit, you will be required to submit a piece of work based assessment. On completion of 13 credits, you will gain the Level 3 Certificate
