1 Day HSE Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
1 Day Health & Safety Executive (HSE) Approved, Emergency First Aid at Work Course, (EFAW), 9 - 5pm. (Other times can be arranged to suit candidate availability).
Physically fit enough to undertake the practical element of the course, contact us if at all unsure to discuss abilities.
The course includes, fully interactive training with adult, child and baby manikins, with Defibrillator awareness training. Covering - Action in an Emergency, Primary and Secondary Survey, CPR, Recovery Position, treatment of choking, asthma, heart attack, shock, bleeding, epilepsy and lots more. Candidates are assessed by the tutor throughout the course and certificated if deemed to be safe and effective.

The above prices are valid for all courses run within a geographical range of 100 miles, of Lowestoft Suffolk. Any courses outside of that area, will incur a small cost to ensure extra travel and any necessary accommodation costs for the trainer is covered. We do however work very closely with companies to ensure all costs are kept to a minimum and I have a substantial list of trainers across the country, so all eventualities can usually be addressed.
All candidates receive a HSE Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate, with credit card size certificate, an AED Awareness Certificate, all valid for 3yrs. Plus a handbook, revision CD, free membership of the AoFA, with monthly newsletters, ongoing support and information, reminder service for annual refresher and certification renewal.
